The port of Andraitx is just 5 minutes away. Open all year round there is a wealth of restaurants, boutiques and activities to enjoy. The special charm of Andraitx has attracted visitors from all over the world for more than 50 years, but the port remains largely unspoilt. Some of the islandŽs best fish restaurants are found here, favoured by royals and celebrities.

The south west corner enjoys a long season with milder weather than the north. The Cala Llamp area where Sa Cala and Las Vistas are located is exclusive and offers a quiet, discrete location for the discerning investor.
